For the person whose day is other people’s questions.

Meetings, priorities and the team,on one page.

Dayboard puts your schedule, the three things only you can unblock, the quarter’s goals and your notes per 1:1 on one board, so the gaps between meetings go to the right work.

Priorities

Calendar, Tasks, Goals & Milestones and 1:1 notes on one board, so a 20-minute gap is enough to move something.

Why Dayboard

A manager’s day is interrupted by design.

Six meetings, forty messages and three decisions that cannot wait. The problem is not the volume, it is that the priorities are in your head while the calendar is in another window. Dayboard shows the schedule next to the priorities list, the quarter’s goals under them, and a Notes widget per direct report so the 1:1 starts where the last one ended.

Schedule and priorities side by side

The Calendar widget shows today’s meetings; Tasks holds what you need to move between them. Seeing both decides what the 2 pm gap is for.

One note per 1:1

A Notes widget per person keeps what they asked for, what you promised and what to raise next time. No searching last month’s doc.

Goals that stay visible

Goals & Milestones shows the quarter’s targets with progress, on the same page as the week. Nobody has to open the OKR deck to remember them.

Who it's for

For team leads and managers

Engineering managers, heads of department, team leads with three to fifteen reports. The page is for your own day; on Flow, the same board can be shared with the team so the goals and links are everyone’s.

Not for: Dayboard is not a project management tool or a performance review system. It will not assign work, track velocity or run your OKR process; it keeps your day and your notes.

Not quite you? Dayboard for personal life, freelancers, developers and leaders.

In their words

FAQ

Can my team see the board?

On Flow, yes: invite up to ten members to a Dayboard, or send a guest access link that expires. On Daily and Control the boards are yours alone.

Does the calendar show my real meetings?

On Control and Flow the Calendar widget syncs with Google Calendar or Outlook. Daily includes the calendar overview without sync.

Is it for the whole team’s tasks?

No. Tasks is your list. The team’s work stays in your tracker; Dayboard links to it.
