No tool per client. One page per client.

Every client on its own board, today on one page.

Dayboard gives each client a Dayboard with its tasks, tracked hours, deadline, links and call notes, and a Today board for what actually needs doing before five.

Today

Time Notes, Tasks, a deadline countdown and client links on one board, so the invoice has the hours and the client has the answer.

Why Dayboard

Client work scatters by default.

The brief is in an email thread, the hours are in a timer app, the staging link is in Slack and the deadline is in your head. Dayboard puts one client’s work on one board: Tasks for the deliverables, Time Notes for the hours you will invoice, Upcoming Moments for the delivery date, Quick Links for Figma, staging and the invoice tool, and Notes for what was said on the call.

Hours you can invoice

Time Notes records where the day went, per client. When the invoice is due, the hours are on the board, not reconstructed from memory.

Deadlines in view

Upcoming Moments counts down to each delivery. It sits next to the task list, so the two never disagree.

Share the board, not a PDF

On Control, a public sharing link shows a client their board read-only: progress, links and notes, without another status email.

Who it's for

For people who bill by the hour or the project

Designers, developers, writers and consultants with a handful of clients at a time. Dayboard is the page between the brief and the invoice: not a project tool, not a CRM, the place where today’s client work sits.

Not for: Dayboard does not create invoices, track expenses or run client projects with dependencies. Keep your invoicing tool; put the hours and the links here.

Not quite you? Dayboard for personal life, developers, managers and leaders.

FAQ

Can a client see their board?

On Control, yes. A public sharing link opens a read-only view of that Dayboard. On Flow, guest access links do the same with an expiry date.

Does the time tracker create invoices?

No. Time Notes records time per task so the hours are there when you invoice. Control includes CSV export of your data; bill from your usual tool.

How many clients fit?

Daily has two Dayboards. Control has five, each with up to twelve widgets, which is a board per client for most freelancers plus one for your own studio.
